Dodge Challenger. Lucky Number 13
In my favorite color.
I’ve seen one that was a deep, midnight blue, but I couldn’t get a picture.
This is nice too.
Dodge Challenger 11
It’s been a long time for me to find one on the road! Here it is, shiny and parked at the Arby’s! Less talk. More pics:
Dodge Challenger 10
This is sad. I am desperate. Thank you, honey for getting the picture, but I need MORE!
I have seen many cool Challengers on the road in the last few weeks, but they are all going in the opposite direction and I can’t get a photo opportunity quick enough. Red with black racing stripes, charcoal flat, orange, deep red/maroon; It stinks!
Unless I have the camera on and ready to take a picture at any moment while I am in the car, and practically aimed at the road… I will continue to miss these vehicles. I feel that tactic might be bordering on the crazy-compulsive rather than the quirky-compulsive that I would feel more comfortable being labeled with.
Anyway, until something better comes along…sigh…take a look at these. I enlarged the pictures as much as I could with my limited computer skills and free computer imaging software, while still trying to maintain photo recognition. And we have:

The "bad" one first. Squint and look deep into the mirror. The reflection is the car.

And there it goes! You've seen enough by now...you get the idea.
Dodge Challenger 3 / The Old
My car. 1974. Orange and Black. There’s pictures of it somewhere sitting on the street in all its glory, but I haven’t come across them yet. Like I said, I still have one drawer and some albums I actually put together.
I just remembered! I totally forgot about the picture albums I constructed of my past life with the Ex; before children and a few years in. Plus, I have some albums my mom gave me from when I was little! Yeah! Memories! Guess what I’ll be doing tomorrow?
I’ll try not to bore you with the details, but there’s alot. You know what? I’ll combine. Duh. Above and below.

Best tail light design EVER! I love looking at the back of this car. There is nothing else like it in the world.
Dodge Challenger 2 / The Older
Dodge Challenger, 1974. Maroon with white interior. My parents car, as promised.
I’m going to try and keep the words to a minimum tonight. I was up late last night and will be up late tomorrow, so maybe I can get to bed before midnight here in the Midwest.
I scanned in the pics and all I can say is modern technology rocks. These pictures have been buried for years and now I can look at them whenever and wherever I want on any computer-like device. I can even make a million copies, better than the original, and have them forever.
One dreary little side note: The picture of my dad with us, is one of very few that I have at all, so it’s really nice to have this capability.
OK that’s it. Above and below. My mom and my dad, with us and the car. It’s in the background so you have to look. And it’s better in my mom’s picture because my big-head sister isn’t blocking the view. Also, please excuse our very “Seventies” look, it was the SEVENTIES!!
