Sorry Sister!

Apple Pie! My first apple pie in many years. We will see. Juices are supposed to be bubbling and it’s done. That would be a crumby streusel type topping. It tastes good. I already tried it. Now hopefully the apples will be soft and sweet and the inside will not be runny!

Just have to dash out for some ice cream, milk, caramel, toilet paper, wine….well you don’t want my whole list. I’ll post later to let you know how it all turned out.

And for you Amanda…check the reply to your comment on the previous post. It explains it all in a witty way. XO. Dream sweet!

Ohhh! Just realized that I was to leave the yummy comment about the pie here. This commenting on a blog thing is kind of new to me.

Your blog is the only one I comment on but I check on a couple of other blogs that have a ton of followers.

Maybe I will be gutsy this week and comment on another blog. I will put that on my things to do this week list. 🙂

BTW. I make my own ice cream! 🙂 It is much easier to make ice cream than it is to make your own pie crust.

Don’t worry Cuz…you can comment on anything you like on any post you like! I tell you that pie didn’t make it 24 hours! It was good. Even my non sweet eating son agreed it was a “pretty good pie Mom”. I applaud the effort on homemade ice cream. I have a book and an ice cream maker thing, but you know I forget about it all the time. And I will tell you, making stuff from scratch takes LOTS of time!! I might have to do a post on the tastiness of homemade versus the time effectiveness of going to 7-11 and buying….anything!! In case you forgot living out in the wilderness…7-11 is a convenience store that sells many household and grocery items, along with lottery tickets, coffee, food-to-go, and Slurpees…and is usually at the end of a residential block! Not normally found in corn fields!! HAhahaha! XOXO
