Same night as sushi…Dodge Nemesis. In the parking lot on the way out.

It’s new. It’s orange-y. It looks pretty cool, I guess. This is with the phone camera. I personally like the neon lights reflecting from above, but that’s just me.

Dodge Nemesis from Cruise Night

August 16, 2009 at 3:00 pm (Chevy Camaro, Dodge Nemesis, Pictures) (, , , , , , )

It’s kind of old news I guess. It’s been about two weeks since our big bike trail ride, sushi and a car show. Since I have limited time, I’m throwing the Chevy Camaro out here.

I started this car feature with the express intent of ONLY having the new Dodge Challenger, but now it’s like an obsession to match up the Dodge with the Chevy. So here’s another Camaro for the site.

Surprisingly, there was no Challenger at this car show. I thought for sure someone would have a new one and drive it over. If I get home early enough tonight I’ll post the rest of the pics and cars. There’s a new feature coming! Just for the BF! Stay tuned!

Chevy Camaro. Trying to look cool…

July 24, 2009 at 11:30 am (Chevy Camaro, Dodge Nemesis, Phone Camera, Pictures) (, , , , , , , , )

Or as I like to refer to it: The Dodge Nemesis

Following me home on Tuesday night.

At the same time, Mason and I said, "What car is that??"

At the same time, Mason and I said, "What car is that??"

Picture time. It's 1 a.m. so we don't want to flash right into the guys window. But we're slightly crazy.

This is as flashy as I let Mason take the picture.

This is as flashy as I let Mason get.

The required arty-looking-back-in-the-side-view-mirror shot. Buh-Bye!

It was a nice car. Very sleek looking, with nice wheels. Good color too! Not too flashy.

Heaven help me, I might actually be falling for it!

These are so hard to catch!

June 13, 2009 at 1:13 pm (Chevy Camaro, Dodge Nemesis) (, , , , , , , )

I know, I know. But it’s only the second one I’ve seen and it was just sitting there. I didn’t take the picture if that makes any difference. (My son did–and he took a picture of a camper trailer too—kooky kid…)

It’s the Camaro. It’s at a dealer. And it’s black. Have to keep your eyes on the enemy.

(I thru in the trailer too, just in case you were curious)

Unbreakable…

May 24, 2009 at 11:53 am (Chevy Camaro, Day to Day, Dodge Nemesis) (, , , , , , , , , )

The new Dodge Challenger has but one arch enemy; one adversary; one nemesis in all the land…

The new Chevy Camaro.

A superhero rivalry forged in the 70’s; depicted with copycat body styles and similarly hued skin paint. Both left for dead, but brought back now to battle each other for American supremacy. If you favor one, you tend to dislike the other. I’m not really sure why that is, but it holds true for me.

I’m all about the Mopar, cool as hell, and popular with all the fast, Hemi-power people. Six pack and all that…without the flashy graphic help of a cool movie…ahem…

But, the new Camaro did receive quite a boost last year thanks to a certain yellow Bumblebee, in a Transforming motion picture flick…and that’s the only one I’ve ever seen. And I’ve never seen one on the street. And I’ve never seen it in red.

Until yesterday.

Saturday afternoon, on my way to my sissy’s…we stopped at the oasis for a coffee and there it was in the parking lot. I barely had time to get my camera out before it sensed the enemy and took off.

The picture is grainy and from a distance. I tried to get it, but it was too fast. I am not really fond of the Camaro but you have to keep an eye on your enemies… Vigilance is key; Complacency is death.

I’ll get her next time.
