Here’s a few bonus words to help you with the next post. I had to look them up the first time I read the quote, and even now I still can’t remember the exact definitions without re-looking them up.

Exculpation (noun)

Definition: To clear of wrongdoing

Volition (noun)

Definition: An act of choosing, using one’s own will;  a conscious choice

Eclipsed (verb)

Definition: To block one thing by another;  fell into obscurity: declined;  to surpass: outshine
